About Hélène

After studying Wellbeing and Vitality management, I left to travel the world for 7 months. This beautiful opportunity didn't only allow me to see wonders of the world, but it also let me discover places within my Self. Once I got back home it's safe to say I changed for life! Though I wasn't there yet (are we ever, lol), I was very motivated to learn more about healing modalities and tools. I studied a reading healing course for two years, became a certified reiki healer and in 2019 I finished my Cacao Mama Facilitator Training.

With Divine One Within it's my goal and passion to guide others towards their truest Self, too. Because I know what it feels like; to feel cut off from yourself, to feel lost and insecure about the next steps. I am here to hold space for you, to let down your walls and to support you throughout your healing/spiritual journey.

Mission

Divine One Within represents the Divine within yourself. For everything you'll ever need, you already carry within. With the power of ceremonial cacao, I'd love to support you in the remembrance of who you truly are.

Mama Cacao

Cacao has been used for thousands of years by the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Cacao comes from the Theobroma Cacao Trea, which literally means "Food from the Gods". It was used in many ceremonial and traditional ways and was treated as a gift from the Gods.

Ceremonial cacao supports you to dive deeper into yourself, open up your heart space and is a beautiful and supportive tool in your healing process.

To be able to guide your through a correct, traditional and respectful ceremony, I followed the Cacao Mama Facilitator Course, by Tess Martin.
